Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Failed Transactions

In case of a failed transaction where money is deducted but the service is not provided, the amount will be refunded to the source within 3-7 working days as per bank policy.

2. Recharge Errors

Recharges once successful cannot be cancelled. Please verify the mobile number or ID before proceeding with the payment.

3. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes, please raise a ticket through our support portal or email us at Ujjwal.ho@rediffmail.com with the transaction ID.
